The Show was first held in 1823 and is run by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS), a not-for-profit organisation that promotes and rewards agricultural excellence. Carnival, Catering and Showbag
If you have ever considered providing catering services, operating a Showbag stand or presenting an amusement ride or game at the Sydney Royal Easter Show now is your chance to throw your hat in the ring.
The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is inviting submissions for the 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show and encourages anyone interested to download a prospectus and make an application against the selection criteria.
Boasting one of the best collections of amusement devices anywhere in the world why not get amongst the action and the 1.7 million unique ride experiences over twelve days.
Our Food and Beverage offer is a critical part of the event experience with the average guests spending eight hours at the Show. From the classic dagwood dog and fresh lemonade to food trucks, a noodle market and our international award winning food and beverage destination, The Stables, the Show continues to evolve and elevate its food offer to a diverse Sydney audience.
The iconic Showbag is a unique Australian tradition not found anywhere else in the world. For many youngsters it is a memorable first retail experience.
2023 Commercial Exhibitor Awards
Each year the RAS awards Commercial Exhibitors judged to have the "Best Exhibits" at the Show. All Licensees are eligible for these awards.
The objective of the awards is to encourage Exhibitors to maintain high standards in presentation, appeal and personnel while exhibiting at the Sydney Royal Easter Show and at the same time, obtain a greater return for their investment by creating more interest in their product.
