Tickets to the Easter Show
Tickets are now on sale through Ticketmaster.
Tickets are non-transferable to other Show days, so please take care to book your tickets for the date you would like to come to the Show. Please note the Show is maintaining its strict daily limit of tickets.

Seniors save on Seniors' Day, Wednesday 12 April 2023 only.
Grab a free cup of tea at the Seniors' Hub, on the lawns adjacent to The Amphitheatre, then drop in for a chat with the friendly staff from the Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW, Sydney Water, Seniors Rights, TIO, AFCA, Legal Aid NSW, NSW Trustee & Guardian, NSW Ombudsman and Commonwealth Ombudsman.
All Ombudsman services are free, fair and independent. They manage complaint issues that you are unable to resolve. So, if you’ve had an issue with an energy and water company, or have any Seniors Rights or Trustee & Guardian questions, there’ll be someone at the Show ready to listen. In fact, the team from Legal Aid will help you take the complaint a step further if necessary. At this year’s Show will also be able to get important information about wills, enduring power of attorneys, enduring guardianship, elder abuse and more.

When purchasing a Person with a Disability Ticket, should you have a Companion Card and/or Vision Impaired + Attendant card, you will be able to obtain a complimentary ticket for your companion with your PWD Ticket purchase. Person with a Disability Tickets who also require a carer's ticket are available to those issued with acceptable identification.

You can purchase your Person with a Disability Ticket and Companion Card Ticket online through Ticketmaster.
If you would like to purchase a Person with a Disability Reserve Seat Ticket Package please contact the Sydney Royal Easter Show Call Centre by email and also by phone from 6 March on 02 9704 1000.
These cards entitle a carer to enter the Show for free with a person with a disability. The person with a disability must present their valid card at point of purchase or gate entry for their attendant to enter for free.
Applications for a donation of tickets to the 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show will open on 8 January 2024.
Please note, the Charity Ticket inbox has been set up to automatically delete any incoming emails prior to 8 January 2024, so please don't submit your request before this date.
If you wish to make a request for a donation of tickets to the 2024 Sydney Royal Easter Show, consideration will only be given to registered charities and your Charity Registration Number must be supplied.
If your Registered Charity would like to be considered for a donation of Sydney Royal Easter Show tickets, you must submit your request in writing via email, after 8 January 2024. The request must be emailed on company letterhead which provides your Charity's registration number, the number of tickets you are requesting and how the tickets will be distributed.
Ticket requests are decided on a case-by-case basis by the RAS of NSW, and requests that do not contain the relevant information will not be considered.
The allocation of charity tickets will not be determined until a month out from the Show and if your charity is successful, we will post your tickets shortly after.

Your Carnival Fun Pass can be topped up at specially marked booths, self-service kiosks, or via our Easter Show Fun Pass app.
One Carnival Fun Pass is provided free with each carnival fun pass package and the pass can be shared amongst friends and family. Additional Carnival Fun Passes can be purchased for $4 at the booth, this could come in handy if you need to transfer value, split up and head off in different directions.
Carnival Fun Pass Refunds
You can load credits with confidence knowing you can refund the value of unused credits after the Show, strictly for a limited time. To refund, simply jump into the Easter Show Fun Pass app and use the ‘refund button’ to make an application within 30 days of the Show finishing.
Refunds commence on 09:00am Tuesday 18 April 2023 until 11:59pm Wednesday 17 May 2023 and will be processed within 14 business days. At the end of the refund period the credits expire, they do not carry over to the next Show.
The value of unused credits will be returned within 12 business days of your application, please note that the refund application attracts a $2.50 processing fee.

Tickets for Schools & OOSH
An excursion to the Show engages students in agriculture and compliments the new syllabus requirements for mandatory agriculture in stages agriculture topics from early stage 1 through to stage 5.
Full of hands-on activities, interactive sessions, competitions and performances, the Show is the perfect opportunity to obtain a snapshot of Australian farming.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show offers OOSH Centres a unique and vibrant event that is the perfect excursion for kids of all ages. Bringing the country to the city, industry experts and young farmers will engage your children about “Where our food and fibre comes from!”
Visit the Agricultural Discovery Pavilion on the Animal Walk to learn more about where our food comes from and the latest and greatest technology used on the farm. Enter the Farmyard Nursery and get up close and personal to lots of fluffy, furry and funny animal pals. You can also visit the Dairy Farmers Working Dairy to learn more about how milking cows, farmers and technology work together to get food from the farm gate to you.

- You agree to adhere to the “Conditions of Entry to Sydney Showground” and enter Sydney Showground at your own risk.
- You consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to be monitored by the RAS and Sydney Olympic Park security cameras.
- The RAS may at their sole discretion: a) reserve all rights to change the advertised program or access to certain areas: b) may search you, confiscate items, refuse admission or eject you; c) may not allow recording devices and cameras; d) may refuse entry for damaged or defaced tickets.
- Unless allowed by law, you are not able to exchange or refund this ticket, or sell or offer for resale for profit. Ticket selling legislation can impose criminal penalties. You may only purchase this ticket as a non-commercial consumer for your non-commercial, personal use. You must not purchase or use this ticket in a commercial capacity in any way (including but not limited to offering the tickets as prizes/gifts in consumer promotion/raffle/competition) without obtaining prior written consent from RAS. If this occurs, you or subsequent ticket holder may be refused entry and the ticket cancelled.
