Every time you visit the Sydney Royal Easter Show, you help support rural and regional farmers, their families and their communities across NSW. Hosted by the not-for-profit Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS), the Show is a celebration that keeps Australian agriculture strong, vibrant and future focused.
The Easter Show is where the country meets the city, giving families the chance to meet real farmers and get up close to a wide range of animals, award winning livestock and outstanding local produce. Behind the fun, every ticket, showbag and competition entry helps fund agricultural education, youth programs and initiatives supporting rural communities year-round.
Through prestigious Sydney Royal competitions, farmers and producers showcase the very best in livestock, fresh produce and value added products. These competitions recognise innovation, product integrity and excellence, and help promote Australian-grown food and fibre to hundreds of thousands of Show visitors each year.

Funds generated at the Show are reinvested back into agriculture, supporting sustainable practices, producer development and rural programs across NSW. Last year alone, the RAS invested $11 million in support of rural and regional communities, helping farmers, young people and local projects thrive.
The RAS collaborates with the RAS Foundation to fulfil its charitable objectives. The RAS Foundation serves as a key vehicle for advancing the RAS' mission through charitable activities, with a particular focus on education, scholarships and community grants in rural and regional Australia.
By coming to the Sydney Royal Easter Show, you celebrate the hard work of NSW farmers and producers – and directly contribute to the RAS and its agricultural initiatives. Your visit helps farming families and rural communities across New South Wales.

The RAS Foundation helps to build strong, sustainable and resilient rural and regional communities in NSW, by providing scholarships for education and training, and grants for community development.
