8:30am – Arrival & Entry
Arrive at Sydney Olympic Park and enter via the Main Gate on Olympic Boulevard.
9:00am – Jamison Station: Farm Fresh Start
Ease into the day at Jamison Station, the Show’s working farm and lantern lit country precinct. Wander past crops, tractors and farm animals, then grab a morning snack from one of the rustic food stalls or coffee cart around the paddocks.
9:30am – Woolworths Fresh Food Dome & Sydney Royal Medal Winners
Head to the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome for the ultimate paddock to plate experience. Explore the Sydney Royal Medal Winners stalls and taste award winning produce from the Fine Food Competitions, including artisan cheeses, smallgoods, condiments and sweet treats. Stroll the aisles to sample and buy Mandole Orchard’s almond butters to Continental Taralli Biscuits and Pasta Gallery’s handcrafted filled pasta.
10.00am – Talk & Taste
Take a seat at Talk & Taste, where leading producers share their expertise at the Producer’s Table. Learn how Sydney Royal competitions are judged, pick up insider tips from food and beverage experts and enjoy mouth-watering samples. Sessions run hourly from 10am-5pm, 3-13 April, with daily bookings at the stand.
11:00am – CWA Tea Room or Rural Students Café Morning Tea
Pause for a cosy morning tea in the Home & Lifestyle Pavilion at the iconic CWA Tea Room. Settle in for fresh scones, jam and double cream with a pot of tea, coffee or hot chocolate served by friendly volunteers – a Sydney Royal Easter Show tradition. Prefer something a little different? Wander to the Rural Students Café in the Fashion & Style Pavilion for tasting plates inspired by native and bush ingredients created by the next generation of food and ag students.
12:30pm – Lunch: Honky Tonk
Follow the scent of wood smoke to Honky Tonk, the Show’s dedicated low-and-slow BBQ hangout. From pulled pork and pulled lamb burgers to loaded fries and beef brisket burgers at Howlin’ Hanks, it’s the perfect spot to refuel between rides and animal pavilions.
1:45pm – Sweet Treats & Showbag Pavilion
Make your way to the Showbag Pavilion for your first sugar hit of the afternoon. Visit Sweet Sensations to try cookies, hot chocolate, milkshakes or fun creations like churro funnel cakes and tanghulu style fruit treats. While you’re there, pick up foodie themed showbags or a classic family favourite to enjoy later in the day.
2:30pm – The Winning Bite
Stroll through nearby food lanes to tick off some the most outrageous and “must try” creations from the Show. The Winning Bite finalists are the top 2026 food creations at the Show, as taste-tested by three expert judges, including Tokyo Lamington’s Eddie Stewart, Australian content creator and influencer Tom Smallwood and former MasterChef contestant Depinder Chhibber. Take your pick from Bon Brulee’s Giant Crème Brulee, Chimnutz Golden Bunny Brulee and Loops Funnel Cakes’ Butter-Dipped Soft Serve.
3:30pm – Enjoy the Pavilions
Stroll through the animal pavilions and meet the stars of the farmyard – sheep, cattle, alpacas, pigs and more. Then wander over to the Arts & Crafts Pavilion to admire incredible displays of cake decorating, artwork and handiwork from talented creators.
6:00pm – Dinner at Bianco Carnivale OR Oyster Masterclass OR Sydney Royal Branded Beef Dinner
Enjoy a relaxing dinner upstairs at Bianco Carnivale’s terrace, an Italian-style market space serving ravilioi, arancini, Nonna’s fries, antipasto, spritz and gelato with sweeping views over the Dome and the iconic District Exhibits.
Feeling like a lighter supper? Dive into the world of Australia’s finest oysters with this daily masterclass pairing freshly shucked varieties with premium wines. Hosted by leading expert aquaculture professionals, each session offers a flavourful deep-dive into the art of oyster appreciation and perfect pairings. Woolworths Fresh Food Dome, 6pm daily (with the exception of Sunday 5 April, Monday 6 April, Tuesday 7 April and Monday 13 April).
If you’re a red meat lover, get tickets to the Sydney Royal Branded Beef Dinner on the Cattle Lawns. Proudly presented by the RAS, guests will enjoy an exceptional array of premium meats from our Sydney Royal Branded Meat Competition. Proudly presented by the RAS, the evening will spotlight innovation, provenance and excellence in Australian red meat. Entry to the Sydney Royal Easter Show is included in the ticket price.
7:15pm – Evening Entertainment & Fireworks Spectacular
Make your way to the Main Arena at ENGIE Stadium for the Evening Entertainment program, from high energy arena acts and stunt riders to equine shows and dazzling light effects. Don’t miss the spectacular Fireworks Finale at 8.50pm that lights up the Sydney sky.
