This iconic showcase features an incredibly diverse array of poultry, including chickens, pigeons, ducks, turkeys, geese, and guinea fowl, celebrating the finest in the industry. Geese will be featured in 2025. There are many different breeds of these large, heavy bodied waterfowl, which are generally larger than ducks but smaller than swans.
