Cheese on a Stick has been a beloved Easter Show ritual for more than 50 years, as iconic as the Ferris wheel and fireworks. Since 1972, generations have lined up for Cheese on a Stick and ice-cold Fresh Lemonade. Each Cheese on a Stick is dipped in a special imported batter and cooked to order until golden, with a warm, melted centre that keeps fans coming back. Fresh Lemonade, squeezed on-site from locally sourced lemons and served over ice, remains a timeless, thirst-quenching favourite on hot days at the Show.
