Canine Hero Awards Presentation
This great initiative celebrates man's best friend and the incredible bond that exists between dogs and humans. Each year we launch a search for a ‘Canine Hero’ in two categories, ‘Service Dog’ and ‘Companion Dogs’. These dogs could have performed a remarkable feat in the trained service of people, such as search, rescue or therapy, or they could be a treasured pet who has saved a life. Our winners are crowned on Best in Show Day and each receive a prize of $1500 thanks to the Australasian Animal Registry.
