2020 Ticket Refund Information
Tickets purchased at Woolworths stores
- Tickets are to be taken back in store for a full refund.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster
For all customers who have booked via phone/internet
- You will be advised of the cancellation by Ticketmaster - via email or by SMS - and that the funds will be returned to the credit card used to purchase. Please note this email was sent to ticket purchasers on 19 March 2020 at 11.21am
- Refunds are processed in one big batch - please be patient whilst this is completed
- Any rejected card holders are contacted and sent details to complete for an EFT refund.
For customers who have purchased tickets via outlets
- They need to go back to their point of sale for a refund
- These are processed on an individual basis by our Group Booking team.
Please note: All of the fees are refunded to the customer – including the transaction fee. The customer is fully reimbursed.
