Customer Service

Friendly staff will offer special assistance while you are at the Show. Open from 9.00am-9.00pm daily, the Customer Service Centre is located on Showground Road outside the Flower & Garden Pavilion.

7NEWS Information Booth 

The 7NEWS Information Booth is located on Showground Road, and provides general information including Show maps, program details and directions around the grounds. The 7NEWS Information Booth is open from 9.00am-7.00pm daily throughout the Show.

Lost property

Lost Property should be handed into the Police Station located on New England Avenue opposite the Murchison Pavilion (under the GIANTS Stadium concourse walkway) as soon as possible. Theft and/or loss of any valuables should be reported to the Police Station immediately.

If you have a lost property inquiry after the Show has ended, complete the online form here and a customer service team member will get in contact with you shortly.  Lost property will be kept for three months following the conclusion of the Show.

Showbags: missing or damaged items

If you have recently purchased a showbag which is missing some items or contains items which are damaged, complete the online form here and a customer service team member will get in contact with you shortly.
