The hawkers on Hawkesbury St offer authentic flavours and easy-to-eat Asian street food with a brilliant blend of authentic, unique, old-school and modern fusion. Follow the lanterns and the aroma of spices for the Show's first ever noodle market.

BAO BROTHERS: Contemporary Asian flavours meets the street food culture of traditional bao, delivering pork belly buns, spring rolls, chicken bao and fries loaded with pickled deliciousness.


TEPPANYAKI NOODLES: You'll be tempted by Japanese noodles, teriyaki chicken or Kara-age Japanese style fried chicken or teriyaki steak fries.


THAI-RIFFIC: The street food of Thailand, wok fried or marinated and bbq'ed to perfection, try the pad thai, bbq beef skewers, crispy pork and a whole feast more.


LETS DO YUM CHA: Handcrafted yum cha, including steamed or fried dumplings of chicken, prawn, pork or vegetarian, and everyone's favourite spring rolls.


FIREPOP: Flavour-packed pops grilled over charcoal and infused with secret marinades, cumin dukkah, chilli and childhood memories of Chinese influence crossed with Aussie ingredients.

Parade of Champions

Where: GIANTS Stadium

Introduced in 2011 as recognition for the Champions of the RAS, the Parade takes place during the second Grand Parade of the Show each year.

Introduced in 2011 as recognition for the Champions of the RAS, the Parade takes place during the second Grand Parade of the Show each year. The Champions of the RAS are outstanding individuals who contribute not only to the Show but the RAS as a whole, and go above and beyond engaging and educating others through agricultural excellence. As the Champions make their way around the stadium their image is displayed on the big screen and their stories are told, allowing all spectators to acknowledge their contribution.

Discover the dedication and secrets behind some of your favourite art and craft displays during the Show, with demonstrations every day. From folk art to millinery, woodwork, leatherwork, cake decorating, calligraphy and all sorts of knitting, this is a fantastic opportunity to observe, learn and ask questions before trying your hand at any of these amazing crafts.
Each day the Arts & Crafts Pavilion will host two Craft Guilds & Associations.

Nothing beats a good old-fashioned sausage sizzle... and nothing makes the snag taste as good as knowing all funds raised are going straight back to a regional community.

Nothing beats a good old-fashioned sausage sizzle... and nothing makes the snag taste as good as knowing all funds raised are going straight back to a regional community. The Big Bush BBQ is a sausage sizzle with a purpose - each day of the Show a different NSW Show Society will pick up the tongs and fire up the Barbie. You can enjoy a sausage sandwich knowing all money made at the BBQ will go to help our friends in the bush.
