Thank you for your interest in media accreditation for the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Media accreditation is reserved for broadcast, print and internet media assigned to cover the Show, and who meet the accreditation requirements. Your application will be verified with your named media outlet.

A photo is printed on a media accreditation ID pass. Please upload a PASSPORT STYLE headshot in jpeg format that doesn't exceed 1MB in size. Ensure your full name and publication company is included in the file name e.g. jane_doe_rasnsw

Important information for freelance journalists, photographers or production/companies:

In order to gain accreditation you must email a letter (to ndalby@rasnsw.com.au) from your editor/producer/employer, on an official company letterhead confirming your assignment to cover the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Please note if you are a freelance journalist, photographer or production/company and do not upload this information, your application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. The letter must include:

• The type, extent and focus of the planned coverage
• The primary market, circulation size and target audience of the outlet
• For online media: Information on publication frequency, average number of daily hits and visitor statistics (unique visitors and page views)
• For photographers: the intended use of photographs taken e.g. for sale on business website for exhibitors to purchase

Photo Guidelines

Photos must be taken vertically and in colour against a plain, light coloured background.
Photos must show a full front view of the face squared to the camera and consist of the subject's head only. No hats, sunglasses, scarves, bandanas or beanies can be worn in photos.

Applications will not be accepted unless accompanied by a headshot.
