Knowing & Growing: Technology Mandatory
Knowing Growing is a joint initiative of the NSW Department of Primary Industries, the Primary Industries Education Foundation of Australia (PIEFA) and the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW. This three hour NESA accredited professional development workshop is designed to provide support to Stage 4 and 5 Agriculture and Technology Mandatory teachers through training and provision of resources developed for the new syllabus.
When: 4pm-7pm, June-September 2019

Transforming Milk into Camembert
Stage 4-6 teachers can partake in this six hour NESA accredited professional development workshop focusing on transforming primary produce into value-added products with an understanding of the chemical and biological changes that take place during the cheese making process.
