Bees (Bee-Zeebo)

Buzz into the Bee-Zeebo for a look at the amazing world of bees! Candles, beeswax, wax moulds and many different honeys are just some of the fabulous products on show next to the Honeyland stand in the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome. This is the only National Honey Show awarding, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in the southern hemisphere.

Don’t miss the live bee demonstrations in the bee enclosure. The Show’s friendly beekeeper will be on hand to demonstrate some of the most intriguing facets of his work. Learn about honey collection, caring for bees and find out some insider tips on how to treat bee stings.

Interactive beekeeping displays give you a chance to find out how an apiarist cares for bees and harvests honey without a single sting.
