Ticket Information

Entry tickets to the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show will be available through Ticketmaster.

Sydney Royal Easter Show Tickets:

Family Ticket:  2 Adults and 2 children.

Child Ticket:  Anyone 4-15 years of age inclusive and school pupils 16-18 years of age in possession of a School Pupil ID Card or valid School Transport Pass (eg: State Rail / School Rail Pass). Children 3 years and under are admitted for free.

Concession Ticket: Any full-time tertiary student in possession of a Student Identification Card, or any other valid concession (Pension/Seniors Card).

Registered Charity Ticket Allocation

Applications for a donation of tickets to the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show will open on 6 January 2025

Please note, the Charity Ticket inbox has been set up to automatically delete any incoming emails prior to 6 January 2025, so please don't submit your request before this date. 

If you wish to make a request for a donation of tickets to the 2025 Sydney Royal Easter Show, consideration will only be given to registered charities and your Charity Registration Number must be supplied. 

If your Registered Charity would like to be considered for a donation of Sydney Royal Easter Show tickets, you must submit your request in writing via email, after 6 January 2025. The request must be emailed on company letterhead which provides your Charity's registration number, the number of tickets you are requesting and how the tickets will be distributed. 

Ticket requests are decided on a case-by-case basis by the RAS of NSW, and requests that do not contain the relevant information will not be considered. 

The allocation of charity tickets will not be determined until a month out from the Show and if your charity is successful, we will post your tickets shortly after.

Show Entry Only One Day Ticket

  1. You agree to adhere to the “Conditions of Entry to Sydney Showground” www.eastershow.com.au/conditions-of-entry, any ticketing conditions at the point of purchase or special conditions relating to the event which can be found at www.eastershow.com.au/terms-and-conditions. You enter Sydney Showground at your own risk.
  2. You consent to being photographed or filmed and you consent to be monitored by the RAS and Sydney Olympic Park security cameras.
  3. The RAS may at their sole discretion: a) reserve all rights to change the advertised program or access to certain areas: b) may search you, confiscate items, refuse admission or eject you; c) may not allow recording devices and cameras; d) may refuse entry for damaged or defaced tickets.
  4. Unless allowed by law, you are not able to exchange or refund this ticket or sell or offer for resale for profit. Ticket selling legislation can impose criminal penalties. You may only purchase this ticket as a non-commercial consumer for your non-commercial, personal use. You must not purchase or use this ticket in a commercial capacity in any way (including but not limited to offering the tickets as prizes/gifts in consumer promotion/raffle/competition) without obtaining prior written consent from RAS. If this occurs, you or subsequent ticket holder may be refused entry and the ticket cancelled.
