Food Farm

The Food Farm will return to the Show bigger and better this year to educate showgoers about where their food comes from. Children can take part in hands-on educational activities such as pastry rolling, grain-milling, food sorting, egg collecting and digging for root-vegetables to learn about agriculture and farmers.

The author of the popular children’s farming book ‘Yum Yum Where Does Our Food Come From?’ will this year be in the Food Farm to read the book at storytelling sessions. There will also be colouring-in activities for kids.
