Applications for 2013 Sydney Royal Easter Show will open in early Novemebr 2012. To register your interest please complete and return the Expressions of Interest form at the bottom of this page.

Event Volunteer Program - The Basics

2013 SHOW DATES: Thursday 21st March – Wednesday 3rd April 2013

Each volunteer receives:

• 14-day access to the Show for themselves
• One (1) single-day entry ticket to give to a friend or family member
• Free Transport (subject to approval, conditions apply)
• An official volunteer uniform (Bag, Hat, 2x Polo Shirt)
• Meal vouchers for each of their shifts
• Exclusive access to the Volunteer Green Room
• Job specific coaching/training

In return volunteers are asked to:

• Complete a minimum of 8 shifts over the 14 days of the Show, with at least 4 shifts across busy days (weekends/Public Holidays)
• Complete a Show specific OHS certification (Completion online is preferred)
• Attend a 3 hour orientation/induction session
• Provide their own plain coloured tailored Pants or Skirt to complete their uniform (No Jeans or Leggings)

Volunteers must be aged 16 or over to participate in this program.
