The Woolworths Fresh Food Dome is a hub of flavours, sights and tasty aromas, all designed to get you excited about food. Fresh foods, sweet temptations, mouth watering seafood, wine and specialty beverages, herbs and spices, coffee and beans are all available for your tasting and purchasing pleasure. Promoting Australian produce and producers, the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome will be hosting new and exciting exhibitors in 2008 including Mick’s Bakehouse (Sydney Royal Award Winning pies), Duck Creek Macadamias, Almond Board of Australia, Imperial Hospitality Retailers, Taslo, Waffle World, Jim’s Jerky, The Spice Kitchen, Uncle Toby’s and Pukara Olive Oil serving up some new flavours for Showgoers.

For a food lover’s fantasy that indulges all the senses, take the Food Lovers' Walk in the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome.  Take advantage of the samples and Show specials from more than 60 outlets. This mouth watering walk offers the perfect way to indulge in the Show's diverse culinary styles and ensures you sample the very best of the best and is open every day of the Show from 9.30am.

Other features to saturate the senses include the Australian Women’s Weekly
Taste of the Show Theatre Kitchen and Good Drop Gallery, the Woolworths
Fresh Food Showcase and the stunning District Exhibits. 

Created with the support of the NSW Department of Primary Industries and
Woolworths, the District Exhibits are an iconic part of the Show.  The massive
themed displays are made of fresh produce, such as fruit, vegetables and grains
from five districts through NSW and South East Queensland. The Sydney Markets
People’s Choice Award voting takes place on the first morning of the Show,
Thursday 20 March, with the main awards presentation on Friday 21 March
at 10.30am. 

Fresh produce from the exhibits will be available for purchase from the exhibits
on a daily basis and at the conclusion of the Show on 2 April at 3pm.

In the foyer of the Woolworths Fresh Food Dome there will also be a centre for
agricultural excellence showcasing a variety of grains and a wool display.
