Travel and Parking

The Easter Show is held at Sydney Showground in Sydney Olympic Park. Sydney Showground is conveniently serviced by bus, train, ferry and taxi services.

The ShowLink ticket is the only ticket you need to get to the 2010 Sydney Royal Easter Show.

Your ShowLink ticket includes entry to the Show and return travel on CityRail, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event buses, regular Sydney Buses, Liverpool to Parramatta T-way buses and Sydney Ferry services. ShowLink is not valid on Sydney Buses premium services, private buses and ferries, CountryLink trains, Metro Light Rail or Monorail.

Trains

Your Showlink ticket includes return travel on the entire CityRail network. Click here to see the CityRail network map.

Show timetables will be available closer to the Show or visit CityRail to get the most up-to-date information on timetables.

Walking

Sydney Olympic Park is a short 15 minute flat walk from Concord West Station, or a 25 minute walk from Lidcombe Station.

Buses

A FREE Shuttle Bus service will operate between 8:45am and 11:00pm each day of the show on the following routes.

Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses run every 20-30 minutes on 12 major routes for the duration of the Show. Buses are more frequent during peak times.

Major Event Buses start operating between 7am and 7.30am depending on the route. The last bus on each route departs Sydney Olympic Park at 11pm each night of the Show.

Ferry

Sydney Ferries operate a daily service that stops at Sydney Olympic Park.

Parking

Top Ryce City Shopping CentreTop Ryde City Shopping Centre
Park for free at Top Ryde Shopping Centre, from April 1 -14 during the 2010 Sydney Royal Easter Show, and catch either a Route 1A, 1B or 3 Major Event Bus Service from the bus stop on Devlin Street, just south of Blaxland Road, Ryde. If you don't already have a Showlink ticket, you will need to purchase a ticket from the driver to travel. View a map to help plan your trip here.

Pre-booked Parking
Parking can be pre-booked through Ticketek on 132 849 or by visiting the Ticketek website.
The cost of single entry parking during the Show is a flat rate of $20 a day, regardless of the length of your stay. If you pre-book postage fees will apply. Please note: you will need to pre-book at least seven working days in advance to allow for postal delivery.

If you don’t pre-book you can get up-to-date information on parking availability by calling the Parking Information Line on 1900 95 PARK (7275). Calls are charged at 55c/min inclusive of GST; higher from mobile phones and public telephones. This is an automated message only and is updated frequently during the day.

Accessible parking
Accessible parking can also be pre-booked through Ticketek on 132 849. All vehicles must display a valid RTA access sticker and the RTA Mobility Parking Scheme permit must be shown upon payment to the cashier. Pre-booked accessible parking can only be purchased over the telephone, and not via the Ticketek website.
