The Sydney Royal Easter Show hosts a series of special days designed for specific groups of Showgoers. A range of ages and tastes are catered for to ensure that your Show experience is the best it can be.
School Days
Each year special education sessions allow school groups to get interactive and experience the Show in a unique way. Through the Passport Program, kids can engage in a range of fun learning activities as they make their way around the Show. Activities include petting a pig, planting a tree and painting to name a few.
Pre-booked sessions are available for schools groups. This year
there will be eight Schools Days 20, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 31 March and
1 & 2 April 2008.

NRL Day
NRL Day takes place on Wednesday 2 April 2008, the last day of Show.
This is an action-packed day featuring the NRL’s most recognisable faces,
with legends and young stars making an appearance to sign autographs
and show-off their skills. Be sure to come and see your favourite players
and get involved in the coaching clinics. Expect lots of great giveaways
and footy fun on NRL Day.
Cultures on Show Day
Celebrating the diversity of all the cultures that make up Australia,
Cultures on Show took place on Sunday 30 March 2008 in a collision
of colour, dance, music, food and more. A highlight of the day was the
street parade and performance, which always brings vibrancy and life to
the Show.

Kids Day
The last day of the Show is Kids Day, an action-packed day for the whole
family to enjoy and the best value entertainment in town. For just $10
kids can enjoy all the entertainment on offer at the Show - music, street
performance, extreme action, sideshow, animals and more will keep
them entertained for hours. Visit the Carnival on Kids Day and kids
ride for free with a paying friend. The Kids Day Carnival offer excludes
the Slingshot and is not available with any other promotion. Valid from
9.30am to 5pm on Wednesday 2 April.
Seniors Days
Seniors Days took place on Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 March
2008. With an impressive entertainment program, the NSW Seniors Card
Concerts had Showgoers in their element as they enjoyed the hilarious
Lippy Smudge as the MCs for the day, the big band fun of John Morrison’s
Swing City Band featuring Jackie Cooper or the dazzling song and dance
acts of Entertainment Express, back for their 11th year at the Show. Girls
of Gold were another vibrant act, taking the audience on
a musical nostalgia tour of the golden days of girl pop singers.
